By far the most common type of case that I handle, car accidents many times result in severe injury. Common injuries include broken bones, neck, back and shoulder injuries, and injuries to the head and brain.
Trucking Accidents
I have experience handling tragic cases which were caused by negligence of truck drivers and their employers. Often the most severe and deadly of all accidents, trucking accidents occur for many reasons. Tractor trailer drivers are often hurrying to pick up or drop off a load, are operating without enough rest or are even under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

A great day on one of our Florida lakes and rivers can turn deadly and devastate a life in an instant. I have experience handling cases involving the severe injuries that can result from boating accidents.

As traveling by golf cart in our area becomes more convenient and prevalent, more and more injuries involving golf carts will occur.
