I started my legal career over 25 years ago with the State Attorney’s Office in Ocala, Florida. While there, I obtained a great deal of practical courtroom experience trying jury and bench trials ranging from murder cases to traffic offenses. I now operate a successful law practice in Ocala and handle only Injury and Accident cases with an emphasis on treating clients like they are family and maximizing each individual recovery.
If I accept your case, the fee is contingent on a successful monetary recovery. I do not charge any fees or costs unless I win your case, and I advance all costs necessary to pursue your claim. There are no hidden costs or upfront retainers. If I represent you in your claim, you will not pay unless I win your case.
